About The Event

AMAC Program Manager Sabina Mohyuddin and Kasar Abdulla will be conducting a workshop on Friday, February 22, from 6pm to 7:30pm on Racism, Islamophobia, and Privilege at the Islamic Center of Nashville. This is an opportunity for Muslims to learn how systems of oppression such as Islamophobia and racism are interconnected and what the role of privilege within the Muslim community play on our relationships with each other. This is meant to be an introductory workshop to racism before we move on to more in depth discussions in the future. Refreshments will be served.

This is meant to be a discussion within the Muslim community.
